How to Enable Medication Notifications and Alarms in MioPulse

MioPulse asks for notification permission during initial setup. If you join MioPulse Plus during setup on iOS 26 or later, it asks for alarm permission separately. If you allowed access, there is nothing else to enable in Settings.

Save your medication schedule

Add your medication, choose its frequency and intake times, and save it. MioPulse uses that schedule for your reminders. You can edit the medication later to change the times.

If you skipped reminder setup

  1. In MioPulse, open Settings → Notifications → Medications.
  2. Turn the switch on.
  3. Allow notifications when your iPhone asks.

Medication notifications are available without a subscription.

Alarms

Alarms are available with MioPulse Plus on iOS 26 or later.

  1. In MioPulse, open Settings → Allow Alarms.

If you previously declined permission

If you declined an iPhone permission request, restore access in your iPhone settings.
